By using VineRack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
No Server-Side Scraping — How VineRack Works
VineRack does not access, scrape, crawl, or interact with Amazon's websites or APIs from its servers. All Amazon product data is provided by you through two user-initiated channels:
- Email forwarding. You configure your email to forward Amazon order confirmations to VineRack. We parse these emails to provide the service. You can stop forwarding at any time.
- Browser extension. The optional extension operates entirely within your browser. You initiate each preservation action. Data extraction happens on your device for products you have purchased. VineRack receives and stores the extracted data at your request.
VineRack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon. You are responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's terms of service. VineRack provides personal inventory management tools for products you have already received.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VineRack. Core features are designed for Amazon Vine members, though an account is open to anyone who meets the age requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any data imported via your forwarding email address.
3. Acceptable Use
VineRack is for personal inventory management. You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account
- Use automated tools to interact with VineRack (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use VineRack for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the service
4. Email Forwarding
You voluntarily configure email forwarding from your email provider to VineRack. VineRack parses forwarded Amazon order confirmation emails to import product data. Non-Amazon emails received at your forwarding address (such as email provider verification messages) are forwarded to your account email and not stored.
You can stop forwarding at any time by removing the filter or forwarding rule in your email provider.
5. Browser Extension
The VineRack browser extension is optional. It operates entirely within your browser and extracts product data from Amazon pages you visit. You initiate each preservation action. The extension sends extracted data to VineRack for storage at your request. VineRack's servers never visit Amazon pages.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
- VineRack offers a free tier with daily usage limits and paid tiers (Basic, Pro) with additional features.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. AI Features
VineRack offers AI-powered review drafting (paid tiers). These drafts are suggestions to help you write better reviews. You are solely responsible for any reviews you submit to Amazon. VineRack does not submit reviews on your behalf. Review the generated text carefully and edit it to reflect your own experience before posting.
8. Your Data
- You own your data. Product information, review drafts, notes, and any other content you create or import belongs to you.
- You can export your data as a CSV file at any time from the Settings page.
- You can delete individual items or your entire account. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data.
9. Intellectual Property
VineRack (the platform, design, code, and brand) is owned by ClearQueue Technologies Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal inventory management. This license does not transfer any ownership of VineRack's intellectual property.
10. Amazon Independence
VineRack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Amazon,” “Amazon Vine,” and related names are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
You are responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's terms of service. VineRack provides tools for managing products you have already received — it does not interact with Amazon on your behalf.
11. Limitation of Liability
VineRack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearQueue Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VineRack, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Our total liability for any claim related to VineRack shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for purposes other than personal inventory management.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of VineRack after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
